The John Pembroke Catalyst for Change Award acknowledges and celebrates exemplary leadership in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in your organization, community, or the Credit Union industry with clear, positive impacts in areas because of these efforts.
Criteria
- Have demonstrated sustained support for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Have raised awareness of workplace diversity and inclusion issues
- Have been a catalyst for change regarding workplace diversity, equity and inclusion and/or have impacted change within the Credit Union industry, your organization, or the community
Eligibility
- Must be a natural person Credit Union with a CUES Group (Unlimited, Unlimited Plus) or Supplier Membership
- Must provide:
- 3 letters of recommendation from staff or community members regarding how the focus on DEI has been positive for your workforce, the community, and the industry.
- Your Credit Union may not be nominated by someone outside of your organization
