The CUES Distinguished Director Award is bestowed upon a director or committee member who has rendered distinguished service and/or made outstanding contributions to strengthen their credit union or the industry. This award is bestowed at the discretion of the CUES Board of Directors, subject to criteria requested below on the proposed nominee.


Criteria

To be considered for the Distinguished Director Award, a candidate must:

  • Be a current CUES director member during nomination year
  • Must be nominated by a current CUES member
  • Currently serve on a credit union board or committee at a credit union.


Application Instructions

The application must be submitted electronically on this form by no later than Friday, June 13th, 2025. You may send letters of recommendation to us in PDF or MS Word format. Please also submit a professional picture or head shot of the nominee in high resolution (8x10", 300-DPI) jpeg format to awards@cues.org
